Abstract: This paper examines how artificial intelligence (AI) technologies can help industrial enterprises reduce production costs and increase profitability. It compares the findings of international research, the requirements of Uzbekistan’s AI Strategy through 2030, and the actual conditions at local enterprises, and on this basis proposes practical recommendations for the phased implementation of AI. The central argument is that AI does not generate value on its own: it delivers measurable results only when it is combined with a carefully selected problem, high-quality data, and a trained workforce. Accordingly, the paper emphasizes that successful adoption depends not merely on acquiring the technology, but on building the organizational, informational, and human foundations that allow it to work effectively
