Abstract. This article analyzes the process of digital transformation of tourism services in Uzbekistan, its development trends and prospects. Digital technologies, including artificial intelligence, Big Data, blockchain and VR/AR are creating opportunities to improve the quality of service provision, improve customer experience and increase operational efficiency in the tourism sector. The article also discusses the main problems associated with digital transformation, including the lack of technological resources and qualified personnel, as well as legal and ethical issues. The existing digital technologies in the development of the tourism infrastructure of Uzbekistan are analyzed. During the study, the literature on tourism and digital technologies was studied and analyzed.
