Abstract. The article examines the current state, production management system, and dynamics of economic efficiency indicators of enterprises in the construction materials industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Structural changes implemented in the sector in recent years, production capacities of large enterprises, and their regional distribution are analyzed. Within the scope of the study, the organizational structure of the management system in the industry is explored at the macro, meso, and micro levels, and the economic efficiency indicators of enterprises for the period of 2021-2025 are evaluated. Furthermore, ways to enhance the competitiveness of sector enterprises are identified, and existing problems within the management system are highlighted using SWOT analysis.
