Abstract. Agrarian relations are a special type of economic relations. “Agricultural production is largely linked to Land, so the relations associated with the ownership, disposal and use of land constitute agricultural relations.” As a result of the reforms to modernize and develop the agricultural sector in our country, there is a rise in all areas. This is especially true for the implementation by the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev of important tasks set out in the” Action Strategy ” for the five development priorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021, dated February 7, 2017 PF-4947.
