Abstract.This article examines modern approaches to improving corporate governance efficiency in enterprises of the construction materials industry. The study analyzes the impact of digitalization, corporate culture, and strategic management on the effectiveness of managerial processes. Based on the analysis, key factors influencing corporate governance efficiency are identified, and practical recommendations for their improvement are proposed.
