Abstract:This article provides a broad and detailed overview of the main areas of improving corporate governance efficiency in modern enterprises. The impact of corporate governance principles, modern management models, management methods and best practices on efficiency is analyzed in depth. The focus is on the promotion of openness, transparency, responsibility, strategic thinking, innovative management, human capital development and integration of information technologies in the activities of enterprises. In recent years, effective management mechanisms, their impact on the effectiveness and sustainability of the enterprise are studied in global and national experience. The article develops practical recommendations and strategic directions for improving corporate governance efficiency and draws conclusions.
