Abstract
The article examines the scientific and methodological foundations for improving the management mechanism of industrial enterprises in the construction sector. Based on the analysis of the regulatory framework of the Republic of Uzbekistan, statistical data, and international experience, the key management problems are identified and practical measures for their solution are proposed. It is emphasized that the integration of digital technologies, the enhancement of human capital, and state support are decisive factors for sustainable development.
