Abstract: This topic explores the role of the tutor as a guide in ensuring students’ academic success. It examines the importance of tutoring in the educational process and its impact on students’ academic, personal, and professional development. The tutor is presented as a mentor who provides guidance, motivation, and support, helping students overcome learning difficulties and develop independent learning skills. The study also highlights the significance of an individual approach and the tutor’s pedagogical and psychological competencies in improving the quality of education. The collaboration between tutor and student is emphasized as a key factor in achieving sustainable learning outcomes.
