Abstract. The article examines spatial determinants as a key factor in shaping and implementing regional socio-economic growth strategies. The impact of the territorial structure, the level of spatial differentiation, transport and infrastructure connectivity, and the concentration of economic activity on the stability and dynamics of regional development are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the relationship between the spatial characteristics of the region and the institutional and socio-economic conditions that determine the choice of strategic priorities. The need to consider the spatial factor in the development of regional strategies to increase their effectiveness, balance, and adaptability to internal and external challenges is substantiated.

Keywords: spatial determinants, regional development, socio-economic growth, regional development strategy, territorial differentiation, spatial economy, infrastructural connectivity, regional policy.
