Abstract: The article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of lending practices for family entrepreneurship entities in the banking system of Uzbekistan. In particular, the dynamics of credit funds allocated by commercial banks within the framework of state programs aimed at supporting family entrepreneurship in the country, their distribution across sectors, and the specific features of lending mechanisms are examined. At the same time, the importance of bank loans in meeting the financial resource needs of family entrepreneurship entities and their role in increasing economic activity are analyzed. During the research, economic and institutional factors affecting the efficiency of lending were identified, and existing problems and limitations arising in the process of loan allocation were scientifically assessed. In particular, it is substantiated that such factors as collateral requirements, insufficient financial reporting, and the level of financial literacy of entrepreneurs influence the possibilities of obtaining loans. At the end of the article, scientifically grounded proposals and conclusions aimed at improving lending mechanisms in this field, strengthening cooperation between banks and family entrepreneurship entities, and increasing the effectiveness of financial support are developed.
