Abstract This article examines the key issues related to the implementation and expansion of green insurance services in the context of Uzbekistan, providing a comprehensive analysis of existing opportunities and challenges in this field. The study reviews and synthesizes the scientific works of both foreign and domestic scholars, highlighting their theoretical approaches and practical findings. Furthermore, the article explores international experience in developing green insurance markets, evaluating effective mechanisms and best practices applied in advanced economies. In addition, the current state of green insurance services in Uzbekistan is analyzed, leading to the formulation of relevant scientific conclusions and results. The paper also proposes theoretically grounded recommendations and practical measures aimed at further developing this sector, including the improvement of institutional frameworks and financial mechanisms.
