IMPROVING PRIVATE SECTOR AND PUBLIC COOPERATION IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS

Abstract. One of the main factors that can be shown in the economic growth of countries is less developed infrastructure sectors as transport, energy and utilities. Moreover, the main problems are the lack of investment in  the such sectors and the low level on  using  of modern technologies during the implementation of the infrastructure projects for the development and modernization of the sector in various branchs of the economy. The article informs about economic relations between the public and private sectors in the implementation of infrastructure projects, draws conclusions, practical proposals and recommendations for the development of public-private partnerships.
