Abstract: The article reveals the theoretical aspects and essence of inclusive employment and develops the author’s definition of this term. Various approaches of foreign and domestic scholars to inclusive employment are highlighted. Inclusive employment is proposed as a means of providing jobs for socially vulnerable groups of the population, and its main directions are developed. The categories of the population covered by inclusive employment are clarified. Inclusive employment, its solutions in the conditions of Uzbekistan and the socio-economic situation are analyzed. Conclusions and proposals for the future development of the field are presented.
