Abstract: The article examines and discusses the specifics of analyzing the financial condition of oilfield service companies, using traditional and mathematical methods of analysis, provides recommendations for preventing negative consequences on the financial condition of the enterprise, which in turn serves to ensure the financial stability of business entities in this industry, improved risk management algorithm, which allows us to consider lateral relationships based on the principle of feedback communication in the absence of the possibility of achieving intermediate goals and, on this basis, increase the flexibility of the control function and respond quickly to changing market conditions.
