Abstract: This article analyzes the role and effectiveness of digital educational platforms in the development of inclusive education services in the higher education system of the Republic of Uzbekistan. In recent years, the digitalization of education has been identified as one of the priority areas of state policy, which serves not only to effectively organize the educational process, but also to create equal opportunities for people with disabilities, students in need of social protection, and young people living in different regions. The article studies the experience of using platforms such as Moodle, Google Classroom, and Microsoft Teams in the development of inclusive education, comparing their advantages and disadvantages. Based on the research conducted, the successful use of digital platforms allows for interactive communication between teachers and students, remote use of educational resources, and effective monitoring of the quality of education. The article also found that, based on statistical data, the student learning rate in groups using digital platforms is 18–22 percent higher. As a scientific innovation, the need to develop a single digital platform adapted to the national education system to further improve inclusive education is substantiated. The conclusions provide a number of proposals to eliminate existing problems, including the systematic training of teachers in digital competencies, the enrichment of the digital resource base, and the strengthening of infrastructure. The results of this article can serve as a practical guide to increasing inclusiveness in the higher education system of Uzbekistan, the effective implementation of digital education policy, and scientific research.
