Abstract. This article comprehensively analyzes the current state of the transport and logistics services market of the Bukhara region, its infrastructural potential, and the dynamics of foreign trade turnover and freight flows. Based on official statistical data, existing logistics facilities, major investment projects, and the organizational-economic factors constraining market development are identified. Using statistical, comparative and SWOT analysis, the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the market are outlined, and scientifically grounded organizational-economic proposals for the development of the regional transport and logistics services market are developed.
