Abstract.This article examines the prospects for financing investments in the real sector of the economy based on the experience of developed countries. The study analyzes investment financing mechanisms, modern financial instruments, and institutional approaches used in the United States, European Union countries, Japan, and other developed economies to support the development of the real sector. Particular attention is paid to the role of bank lending, capital market instruments, public-private partnerships, investment funds, venture capital, and green financing mechanisms in ensuring economic development. The article explores the experience of developed countries in effectively attracting and managing investment resources and highlights their importance in improving the competitiveness of real sector enterprises, supporting innovation activities, and ensuring sustainable economic growth. In addition, the study considers new directions for investment financing under conditions of globalization and digital transformation, including financing environmentally sustainable projects and technological innovations.
