Abstract: This article scientifically analyzes the theoretical and practical foundations of the innovation-driven development model, its essence, and its role in modern economic development. The study highlights the key components of the innovation-driven development model, including human capital, research and development activities, innovation infrastructure, digital technologies, and institutional mechanisms, as well as their interrelationships. Furthermore, the economic, organizational, and institutional features of the transition to an innovation-driven development model are examined, along with the factors ensuring its effectiveness based on international experience. The findings demonstrate that the innovation-driven development model is a crucial strategic factor in enhancing the competitiveness of the national economy, strengthening the integration of science and production, and ensuring sustainable socio-economic development.
