Abstract: This article analyzes the mechanisms for implementing innovation-driven development and the key instruments that support it from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The study examines the role of innovation processes in the national economy, the institutional and economic factors determining their effectiveness, as well as the mechanisms of cooperation among the government, educational institutions, research organizations, and the private sector. Furthermore, the importance of human capital, financial incentive systems, venture capital, and the startup ecosystem in accelerating innovation-driven development is substantiated. The research findings contribute to the formulation of scientific conclusions and practical recommendations aimed at improving innovation policy and enhancing the effectiveness of the national innovation system.
