Abstract: This study comprehensively examines the strategic directions for the development of Uzbekistan’s financial market under conditions of digital and green transformation. The article analyzes the impact of fintech technologies, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and Big Data on financial market infrastructure, while scientifically substantiating the mechanisms of green bonds, ESG investments, and sustainable financing instruments. Using a comparative analysis methodology, the financial market of Uzbekistan was compared with the experiences of Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Singapore, leading to the development of a strategic framework for financial market advancement. The findings indicate that modernization of digital financial infrastructure and the introduction of green finance instruments can significantly improve the country’s investment climate. Furthermore, increasing stock market capitalization from 6.2% to 20–25% of GDP, expanding the number of fintech companies by three to four times, and attracting USD 500 million in investments for climate-related projects by 2030 are identified as key strategic priorities.
