Аbstract: This article analyzes the problems of financial systems in developing countries. In particular, the case of Uzbekistan is examined in terms of banking system development, capital markets, financial intermediation, institutional frameworks, and digital transformation. The paper also proposes solutions to ensure financial stability and sustainable development.
