Abstract: This article analyzes the changes in land ownership relations in the republic and its current state, the economic mechanism for regulating land ownership relations in Uzbekistan and its specific features, as well as the changes in the dynamics of agricultural production in the republic and the factors affecting it, the mechanism for improving the provision of land plots for temporary use to other entities by setting the rent for land plots in accordance with the market value, the procedure for full state reimbursement of agricultural producers’ costs related to the construction and reconstruction of irrigation and land reclamation facilities, and multi-variant forecast indicators of agricultural production in the republic until 2030.
