Abstract. Improving the modern financial management mechanism is important in strengthening the financial support of corporate structures. The fact that the bank model remains as an alternative option for meeting the demand for financial resources and attracting additional capital in enterprises operating in the national practice shows the need to improve the mechanism of using modern financial instruments in the capital market. International practice shows that in recent years, the market of debt instruments in developing countries, especially corporate bonds, has been used as an important source of providing corporate structures with additional financial resources by increasing the share of trade volume in GDP. In this article, trends in the use of debt instruments by corporate structures in our country are analyzed, and scientific proposals and practical recommendations for their elimination are formulated based on the study of existing problems in the field.
