Abstract. This article analyzes the innovative mechanisms for attracting foreign direct investment (FDI) to Uzbekistan in the context of digital transformation from both theoretical and practical perspectives. The rapid development of the digital economy is shaping new approaches to organizing, managing, and financing investment processes. In this regard, the study highlights the role of e-government services, digital investment platforms, artificial intelligence-based analytical systems, blockchain technology, and digital financial services in improving the investment environment. Furthermore, it evaluates the impact of ongoing reforms in Uzbekistan aimed at liberalizing investment policy, simplifying business procedures, protecting investors’ rights, and digitalizing public services on the inflow of foreign direct investment. The research demonstrates that the development of digital infrastructure, increased transparency of investment processes, faster data exchange, and the improvement of public- private partnership mechanisms have a positive impact on enhancing the country’s investment attractiveness.
