Abstract: This article econometrically analyzes the impact of migration flows on the regional economy and social sphere, using the Namangan region as a case study. The relevance is driven by high demographic growth and limited local labor market capacity. Using a correlation-regression model (OLS), the impact of net migration and remittances on gross regional product (GRP) was quantitatively measured. Results indicate that remittances exert a strong multiplier effect, significantly stimulating the economy but posing structural institutional risks to the social sphere. As a scientific contribution, practical proposals for integrating regional migration into sustainable economic growth mechanisms were comprehensively developed.
