Abstract. This study is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the processes of transformation of investment activities of commercial banks based on digital technologies. The study provides theoretical and practical justification of the role of artificial intelligence, big data, financial technologies and digital platforms in making investment decisions. At the same time, the article provides an in-depth analysis of the main problems that arise in the process of digitalization – cybersecurity, institutional constraints and lack of human capital.
