Abstract. This article analyzes the regional differentiation of agricultural production in the regions of Uzbekistan and its impact on food security. The study provides a comparative analysis of per capita production indicators of major agricultural products for 2017 and 2025. The results indicate an increase in both the volume and diversification level of agricultural production in the country. In particular, the highest growth rates were observed in the production of potatoes, melons, eggs, and fish products. At the same time, significant regional disparities in the volume and structure of agricultural production remain. The findings show that improving regional agricultural specialization, expanding water-saving technologies, and developing high value-added agricultural sectors are important factors for strengthening food security.
