Abstract. The article examines the factors that increase the attractiveness of the investment climate. In particular, the feasibility of financial support for youth entrepreneurship, the activation of the participation of special economic zones and the improvement of their activities, the creation of new special economic and industrial zones in areas with existing infrastructure, and the provision of state programs for interest-free loans to large business entities are substantiated. Based on the results of the study, proposals and recommendations for further improvement of the investment climate and increase of its attractiveness in Uzbekistan are formulated.
