Abstract. This article analyzes the development trends of the global sukuk market in 2024, structural changes in issuance volumes, and the processes of integration with ESG and sustainable financing instruments. The study examines the dynamics of short- and long-term sukuk issuances, the increasing activity of the international sukuk market, the role of sovereign and corporate issuers, and the significance of green and sustainable sukuk in the financial system. The findings show that sukuk instruments are increasingly aligning the principles of Islamic finance with global demand for sustainable investment.
