Abstract. The article examines various factors of the sharp rise in housing prices, as well as the analysis of the stability of the housing market based on indices. The article analyzes the income of the population and the period of housing financing, the issues of covering the price with the rent payment. Based on the results of the analysis, the level of housing provision of families in different regions of the republic was studied and conclusions were drawn. In order to increase the effectiveness of the analysis data, various statistical data are given in terms of regions and commercial banks. In the article, the main factors determining the dynamics of the housing market, in particular, the supply and demand for housing, housing, and rental prices, as well as issues such as the state support system in meeting the high demand for housing of the population. was studied. At the same time, the current issues of providing housing to the population in the region, and the results of the survey conducted among households and construction companies are also reflected in the article.
