Abstract. This article reveals the content, essence, importance, and necessity, as well as the principles of compulsory civil liability insurance. The financial indicators related to mandatory insurance premiums, coverage, and obligations were studied, as well as the dynamics of their changes. The indicators of the 芦Uzagrosugurta禄 insurance company by types of compulsory insurance were analyzed and proposals and recommendations were developed to improve the mechanism of compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners.
