The study applies comparative and statistical analysis, a systems approach, generalization, and benchmarking. The information base includes official data from the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, the World Intellectual Property Organization, the OECD, the Science and Technology Policy Institute, and Korean institutions responsible for innovation policy and evaluation.
