Statistics for 2016\u20132025 show that real services rose by 69.8 percent relative to 2020, while employment declined by 4.2 percent. Thus, output growth does not automatically translate into more high-<\/em><em>quality jobs. Job quality is assessed through formal contracts, income stability, social protection, occupational and road safety, and skills development. The study proposes a Transport Sustainable Employment Index and three conditional scenarios through 2030.
