Abstract.<\/em><\/strong> This study develops a systematic management strategy for regulating economic, demographic, and institutional processes related to migration. The Republic of Uzbekistan, with particular emphasis on regions characterized by high demographic potential and labor resources, was selected as the object of investment and migration analysis. The research examines contemporary migration theories and models, including the Harris\u2013Todaro model<\/strong>, Everett S. Lee’s Push\u2013Pull Theory<\/strong>, the New Economics of Labor Migration<\/strong> proposed by Oded Stark<\/strong> and David Bloom<\/strong>, and Human Capital Theory<\/strong>, based on empirical data. The methodological framework of the study includes statistical analysis, comparative analysis, systems analysis, time-series analysis, SWOT analysis, and analytical\u2013synthetic methods. The research investigates the dynamics of internal and international migration, regional population distribution, and cross-border migration processes. It also analyzes the migration management experiences of countries such as Germany, South Korea, Poland, and T\u00fcrkiye, identifying practices that can be adapted to Uzbekistan’s socioeconomic conditions. The study concludes with practical proposals and policy recommendations aimed at improving migration management, promoting sustainable economic development, enhancing regional employment, and increasing the effectiveness of migration policy in Uzbekistan.<\/em><\/p>\n
