The study highlights the importance of a risk-based management approach in ensuring cybersecurity, focusing on the identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation of cyber risks. It also analyzes the role of international standards, global best practices, and digital transformation in strengthening cybercrime prevention and response mechanisms.
