The study highlights the key components of the innovation-driven development model, including human capital, research and development activities, innovation infrastructure, digital technologies, and institutional mechanisms, as well as their interrelationships. Furthermore, the economic, organizational, and institutional features of the transition to an innovation-driven development model are examined, along with the factors ensuring its effectiveness based on international experience.
