The article analyzes the impact of fintech technologies, blockchain, artificial intelligence, and Big Data on financial market infrastructure, while scientifically substantiating the mechanisms of green bonds, ESG investments, and sustainable financing instruments.<\/em> <em>Using a comparative analysis methodology, the financial market of Uzbekistan was compared with the experiences of Kazakhstan, Turkey, and Singapore, leading to the development of a strategic framework for financial market advancement.
