The study considers key determinants such as the institutional structure of the labor market, employment level, wage dynamics, human capital development, and labor productivity. Furthermore, the paper explores how the level and stability of incomes influence macroeconomic equilibrium, consumption, and savings processes within the framework of modern economic theories.
