Abstract.<\/em><\/strong> This article scientifically analyzes the theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the employment structure, the best practices used in foreign countries to ensure employment of the population, and the possibilities of using this experience in the conditions of Uzbekistan. The current processes of globalization, digital economy and technological modernization are leading to the emergence of new professions, skills and forms of employment in the labor market. Therefore, the formation of the employment structure based on economic sectors, the level of territorial development, demographic factors and the potential of labor resources is of great importance. The article studies the institutional, financial and organizational mechanisms aimed at regulating the labor market in developed countries, developing the system of vocational training and retraining, and increasing the employment of youth, women, persons with disabilities and groups in need of social protection. In particular, it is substantiated that in foreign experience, such areas as the dual education system, active labor market programs, subsidies and tax incentives, support for small businesses, remote employment and encouragement of self-employment are effective tools. The article also examines the structural problems existing in the labor market of Uzbekistan, including the high share of informal employment, uneven distribution of jobs across regions, and the imbalance between professional qualifications and market demand. As a result of the study, scientific and practical proposals will be developed to expand formal employment, create new jobs, effectively use labor resources, and increase stable sources of income for the population by introducing aspects of foreign experience appropriate to national conditions. The results of this article will serve to improve employment policy and ensure structural balance in the labor market.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
