It examines the importance of tutoring in the educational process and its impact on students\u2019 academic, personal, and professional development. The tutor is presented as a mentor who provides guidance, motivation, and support, helping students overcome learning difficulties and develop independent learning skills. The study also highlights the significance of an individual approach and the tutor\u2019s pedagogical and psychological competencies in improving the quality of education.
