One of the main factors that can be shown in the economic growth of countries is less developed infrastructure sectors as transport, energy and utilities.<\/em> <em>Moreover, the main problems are the lack of investment in \u00a0the such sectors and the low level on\u00a0 using \u00a0of modern technologies during the implementation of the infrastructure projects for the development and modernization of the sector in various branchs of the economy.
