The stages of organizing the practice of public offering of stocks and the work to be done in these stages has been discussed. The research methods used in the study are given. It also provides a annual analysis of IPO practices in the U.S. market as a developed capital market, and a global cross-sectoral analysis of IPO practices based on data from Ernst and Young.
