Research works of foreign and domestic economists on the topic are studied and the state of financing of infrastructure projects through bonds is analyzed. This article focuses on the essence, advantages and potential risks of financing infrastructure projects through bonds. The experience of various countries is also analyzed and the possibilities of applying this mechanism in the conditions of Uzbekistan are discussed.
