This article analyzes the possibilities of increasing the efficiency of the revenue base of local budgets in Uzbekistan by optimizing inter-budgetary relations. Approaches aimed at improving the system of inter-budgetary transfers, ensuring the financial independence of local budgets, and ensuring a fair distribution of resources between regions are considered.
