In the context of the global transition to sustainable development, green bonds are becoming an important tool for financing environmentally oriented projects. This article examines promising economic sectors that can attract investments through the issuance of green bonds. Key sectors include renewable energy, environmentally friendly transport, energy-efficient construction, water resource management, green industry, sustainable agro-industrial complex, as well as waste recycling and the development of a circular economy.<br \/>\nThe impact of these financial instruments on sustainable economic growth, carbon emission reduction, and resource efficiency improvement is analyzed. Special attention is given to the role of the state in stimulating the issuance of green bonds and attracting institutional investors.
