The article analyzes the emergence and development of \u201cgreen\u201d finance, approaches to \u201cgreen\u201d finance at the level of scientific researchers, national institutions and international organizations, as well as governments. Also, proposals were recommended for the formation of an ecosystem of \u201cgreen\u201d finance in the country.
