Effective investment management in the oil and gas industry requires a comprehensive approach that includes strategic planning, optimization of operational processes, risk management, improvement of corporate governance, consideration of environmental and social factors, as well as active implementation of innovations. Only the combination of these factors makes it possible to use capital as efficiently as possible and ensure stable development of enterprises in the long term.
