Abstract.<\/em><\/strong> This scientific article <\/em>examines various ways of attracting capital to state-owned enterprises and sheds light on the dynamic landscape of public-private partnerships. Analyzing the evolving global economic context, the study explores opportunities between the public and private sectors to ensure sustainable growth. This article examines the importance of strategic cooperation, regulatory frameworks and mechanisms of risk distribution, the possibilities and methods of attracting capital to state-owned enterprises based on the research of developing trends, and the approaches of various scientists to the issue of securities, attracting capital to state-owned enterprises. In the national practice, the state participation in the share capital and the changes in the authorized capital of the state-owned enterprises were analyzed.
