Valijonov<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>Research center of the State assets management agency of <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em>the Republic of Uzbekistan<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract.<\/strong> The article is devoted to the study of the essence of the concept of privatization and the features of the current stage of privatization in Uzbekistan. It analyzes the definition of foreign researchers of the concept of privatization and the author gives a scientifically substantiated definition of this concept. This study identifies the main goals and objectives of privatization. The article notes that a new stage of privatization began in 2017 and the features of this stage are revealed. The paper identifies the main differences and advantages of the new stage of privatization in comparison with the previous stages.
